1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of NovaLedger Audits Inc. ("Company," "we," "our"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

NovaLedger Audits Inc. provides professional financial audit services including:

  • Express Financial Audits
  • Standard Compliance Reviews
  • Premium Risk Assessments
  • Financial transparency consulting
  • Compliance reporting assistance

3. Service Delivery

Timeframes

  • Express Audit: 5-7 business days
  • Standard Audit: 7-10 business days
  • Premium Audit: 3-5 business days (priority service)

Delivery Method

All audit reports and recommendations are delivered digitally via secure email. Physical delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete financial information
  • Timely response to requests for additional documentation
  • Payment of fees according to agreed terms
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Implementation of audit recommendations (where applicable)

5. Payment Terms

Service Fees

  • Express Audit: $2,999 CAD
  • Standard Audit: $4,999 CAD
  • Premium Audit: $7,999 CAD

Payment Schedule

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by applicable law.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

Important: Our audit services are designed to improve transparency and increase financial clarity. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Service Limitations

  • Audits are based on information provided by the client
  • We cannot detect all errors or irregularities
  • Recommendations are advisory in nature
  • Implementation of changes remains client responsibility

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and financial data. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All audit reports, methodologies, and recommendations provided by NovaLedger Audits Inc. remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use audit reports for their business purposes.

9. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaLedger Audits Inc.'s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel services within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund. Cancellations after work has commenced may be subject to charges for work completed.

Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to terminate services if clients fail to provide necessary information or comply with payment terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Ontario or through agreed alternative dispute resolution.

12. Professional Standards

Our services comply with Canadian auditing standards and professional accounting practices. We maintain professional certifications and continue education requirements.

13. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or website notification. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
